Our Allies!
A dedicated public servant, deeply rooted in our Village of Falconer community, and a steadfast protector of the Village we all call home.
Born and raised in the Village of Falconer, James Jaroszynski isn't just the Mayor of our village, but a neighbor, a friend, and a trustworthy leader. He raised his family here with his wife Sally, and his two daughters, Hannah and Kate, who all share a profound love for our community.
An Associate's in Applied Sciences from JCC laid the foundation of James's understanding of local needs. His more than 30 years of service with the Ellicott Police Force is a testament to his dedication, perseverance, and commitment. As the 'Police Officer of the Year' in 2013, he proved his willingness to go above and beyond in the line of duty. For 16 years, he served as the Falconer School Resource Officer, safeguarding our children, mentoring the future of Falconer. His keen eye and swift response even saved the historic Old Apple Inn from a devastating fire, a feat for which he received commendations.

Before assuming the role of Mayor in January 2020, James faithfully served as a Falconer Trustee. His hands-on experience in managing the town's affairs has equipped him with a deep understanding of the community's requirements and a keen perspective of its future.
As a board member of the Fenton History Center, he is committed to preserving our heritage and ensuring it continues to educate and inspire future generations.
